Warranty Policy
Early Bird Handyman & Lawn, LLC
At Early Bird Handyman & Lawn, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship. We offer a limited warranty to give our customers peace of mind and confidence in our services.
We provide a 30-day warranty on all labor performed by Early Bird Handyman & Lawn, LLC. This covers defects in workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
Installation and repair services (carpentry, plumbing, low-voltage electrical, etc.)
Structural integrity and function of installed materials
Labor related to repairs, replacements, or touch-ups caused by a workmanship error
Damage due to misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidents
Wear and tear, weather damage, or natural disaster impact
Customer-supplied materials or parts
Issues resulting from third-party work or modification
Lawn care outcomes affected by environmental factors, irrigation systems, or lack of follow-up care
We honor and pass along any applicable manufacturer warranties on materials and parts. Material warranty length and conditions vary by product and supplier.
To file a claim, contact us within the warranty period and provide:
Proof of service date
Description and photos (if possible) of the issue
Access for inspection or correction
Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of service completion. After inspection, any valid warranty repair will be scheduled and performed at no cost for covered issues.
Returns & Restocking Fee Policy
At Early Bird Handyman & Lawn, LLC, all returned items or cancelled custom orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers administrative costs, handling, and the time allocated to sourcing or preparing materials.
A 25% restocking fee applies to any return or order cancellation after materials have been purchased or work has begun.
Custom-ordered, cut-to-size, or special-request materials are non-refundable once ordered.
The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.
If the customer decides not to proceed after materials have been ordered but before work begins, the restocking fee will still apply.
No restocking fee will be charged if the return or cancellation is due to a proven error on our part.

To reserve your appointment and ensure your project is completed with the right materials and attention to detail, we require a deposit on all scheduled jobs.
🔧 Standard Deposit Terms:
A 50% deposit of the total job estimate is required to book and hold your project date.The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
🧰 Custom or Special-Order Materials:
Projects requiring special-order items or custom materials may require a higher deposit to cover upfront purchase costs.
📅 Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable if the project is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
We’re happy to reschedule when possible — just let us know ahead of time.

📄 Final Invoicing:
